Lex Yoo
Vice President Investments / Investment & Development

Lex is a Vice President of Marcus & Millichap and focuses on industrial, investment, land, and development real estate. He has been active in the DTLA commercial real estate industry for over 10 years and has a transaction volume of over $500 million. Prior to becoming a broker, Lex was an Investment Director for a private real estate firm and spearheaded the acquisition of over $300 million in real estate assets including industrial, residential, hospitality, and mixed-use properties.

Lex is well recognized by his clients for his integrity, ability to build long lasting relationships, and ability to successfully negotiate.
Lex holds a Master’s Degree in Real Estate Development from Texas A&M and a Bachelor’s Degree in Architectural Design and Engineering.

Lex is also a member of KREBA (Korean Real Estate Brokers Association) and KITA (Korean International Trade Association).

Kimberly Jung
Associate Retail

Kimberly Jung is a Retail Associate at Marcus & Millichap’s Downtown Los Angeles office. Since being trained under Marcus & Millichap in investment sales and advising. Kimberly has joined The KAI Group who specializes in industrial and retail properties in the downtown Los Angeles and Koreatown regions. Kimberly represents multi-tenant retail property investors as well as mixed-use retail property owners throughout the Los Angeles area.

Born and raised in Los Angeles, Kimberly has a deep understanding of LA’s diverse regions and its specific markets. Since graduating from the University of Southern California, Kimberly has business background in retail (Fashion District) and is also an active investor in commercial properties. Kimberly’s vast experiences has allowed her to play in active role in marketing, negotiating, financing and sales in commercial real estate.

The KAI Group has over 30 years of combined real estate sales, leasing and management experience while brokering over $500 million in total real estate sales.
